Employee Safety & Wellness
To enhance the Team Member experience, we
are proud to offer comprehensive benefits that
keep our people healthy and engaged. Over
the past two years, as COVID-19 presented
numerous unforeseen challenges, we continued
to prioritize the health and safety of our Team
Members. Highlights of this focus include:
* Providing employee benefits that rank in the
top 10% of comparable companies
* Actively educating the public about safe
driving practices when approaching first
responders and our road service technicians
working on the side of the road
Giving & Volunteering
Service is one of our core values and permeates
our culture. Through our My Impact program,
Team Members are empowered to make an
impact in their communities, supporting the
causes that matter most to them.
* Each employee is given three paid days off
annually to volunteer for eligible nonprofit
organizations of their choice
* We match Team Member donations to
eligible nonprofit organizations, up to
$5,000 per Team Member per year
