* SPRAY PROCESSING
The remarkable processing speed of this ma¬
chine is made possible by high-impingement
spray application of the developing solution,
fix and wash as well as impingement drying.
An entirely new, improved spray bar in each
of the three chambers assures uniform proc¬
essing of all types of black and white films
under all conditions of speed and temperature.
Developing spray operation is followed by a
water rinse.
* DARKROOM LOADING
The machine is normally installed with the
loading table and load accumulator in a dark
room and with the processing and drying
sections projecting through a wall panel into
a lighted room for convenient daylight oper¬
ation.
* DIRECT FILM DRIVE
The film drive is with direct, positive sprock¬
ets. No belts or clutches or interdependent
clutch adjustments. Each processing compart¬
ment is equipped with an individual, sealed
gear box drive employing sealed ball bearings
for minimum lubrication and long life. A
chain drive connects the top horizontal drive
system with the drive motor. Speed is in¬
finitely variable at constant torque-from
20 to 175 f.p.m. All sprockets and rollers
are combination 16/35mm tvoe.

Accurate speed indication, essential in high

Corrosion-resistant Type 316 stainless steel
throughout for long life and easy maintenance.
Access panels are provided for convenient
servicing of all mechanical
components.
Mounted on a stainless steel 2" x 2" chan¬
nel frame for solid support and maximum

Exhaustive tests and surveys of HF spray ma¬
