MEMbERS IN ThE NEwS On The Move CTLGroup appointed Dr. Jeffrey­ L. Garrett as its new Dr. Jeffrey L. Garrett president and CEO. Garrett succeeds Anthony Fiorato, who is retiring, but who will continue as chairman of the board. Since joining CTLGroup in October 2001, Garrett has served as senior principal structural engineer and manager of the firm’s Structural Engineering and Mechanics practice group, and a leader of the firm’s forensic engineering practice. Seattle-based RIDOLFI Inc., an environmental consulting and natural resources firm, has appointed Colin H. Wagoner to serve as CEO. Wagoner worked as a project manager for ICF Kaiser on environmental projects for seven years prior to joining RIDOLFI in 1999. Greenhorne & O’Mara (G&O) recently announced Frederick J. Wagner military programs and agencies in the region. Frederick J. Wagner, senior vice president, Mid-Atlantic Transportation, has been selected as a new voting member of the G&O board of directors. Wagner, who is responsible for all G&O transportation operations in the Mid-Atlantic, was president of ACEC/Maryland in 2005. Klotz Associates, Inc. Colin H. Wagoner Robert L. Johnson appointed Robert L. Johnson vice president of the firm’s Public Works Practice. Johnson has 36 years of civil and environmental engineering experience, primarily overseeing large-scale projects. His expertise includes the planning, design and construction of water, wastewater, drainage and land development projects. Perry­ Smith has joined Collins Engineers, Inc., Frank R. Finch Vince DiCamillo several senior-level appointments. Frank R. Finch was named president. Finch, who joined the firm five years ago as senior vice president of Water & Environment, will assume direct oversight of the company’s four operations groups. Vince DiCamillo was named regional vice president and market leader for the company’s Water and Environment Group, which also focuses on hazards mitigation and security services. Bruce H. Laswell was promoted to vice president, Southeast Federal Programs, where he will lead the expansion of the company’s professional services to federal and Department of Defense Perry Smith as assistant vice president of Structures. Based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters, Smith will focus on fostering existing and potential client relationships in the area of waterfront engineering across the U.S. and abroad. Collins has more than 15 years of experience as a program and project manager on complex and technical projects in engineering design, offshore structures and inland field operations. Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon (BWSC) promoted L. Ly­nn Cain to vice president L. Lynn Cain and manager of the Dayton, Ohio, operations unit.
