foundation for practitioners' self-concept, selfefficacy, and response to external pressures.

The I can factor centers on practitioners'
personal competence. Practitioners may be
prompted to explore various competencies
they hold in regard to a particular type of resilience. Within the context of trauma support in
residential living, practitioners may be asked
what skills they possess that could be used
to address student traumas; about their own
emotions regarding student trauma; and about
their ability to problem solve to reach out for
