Members of the housing department at The Ohio State University in Columbus will document online the challenges and successes they experience through the eyes of staff ranging from the resident assistants to the chief housing ofﬁcer. “We’re excited to help launch this feature with ACUHO-I,” says Fred Fotis, assistant vice president for student life. “Certainly the readers know that we share many qualities across the profession. By stepping into the spotlight, we will share those similarities, along with some of the issues with our transition, and also those things that make each campus unique.” “We are not presenting ourselves as a model or a benchmark, but I think readers will see a little of themselves in our stories, and I know that we will learn a lot from the responses that the readers post.” Readers can follow the story at http://blog.acuho-i.org.
