Who needs the Olympic rings tattoo when you can have the ACUHO-I symbol?! On the Mailing List Q: Good Morning ACUHO-I, I am in the process of working on a project in our office related to transfer students. I am looking to obtain information in the following areas: • What resources do you provide transfer students that live on campus? • Do you provide specific training to student staff that work with transfer students? • Do you have special interest housing for a transfer student community? Thank you all very much in advance for providing me with this information. If you are interested in the results, please let me know and I will provide them to you. Chuck Crawford M.S. Residence Hall Director – Powhatan Village – Old Dominion University A: We have a transfer community which is very popular and includes students who were transfers and incoming transfers. Staff works to provide resources that are helpful to transfers to help them become acclimated better. Students can choose to live in other areas of campus as well. If you have questions, please send me an email, and I will forward it to my colleagues in residence life. The community is popular.
