It captures the information about which institutions around the world have achieved a STAR rating. One highlight from this year's review is the increase in the number of reports submitted from associate and baccalaureate degree granting institutions. Survey Shows Health Costs Shifting to Employees College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) recently released the 2014 Employee Healthcare and Other Benefits in Higher Education Survey. It represents 601 institutions, with 64 percent of those being private and 36 percent being public. Some key findings are that 41 percent of the institutions surveyed have increased employees' share of the premium costs since the Affordable Care Act went into effect, and 26 percent have increased in-network deductibles.
