The Placement Exchange (TPE) is a
premier job placement resource for
student affairs professionals. ACUHO-I
partners with several other national
student affairs organizations to sponsor
TPE's year-round
online career
resources, in
addition to its
popular annual
in-person
placement event,
TPE Onsite.
TPE Onsite brings the top candidates
and employers from the profession
together under one roof. This annual
gathering is the top job placement
event in student affairs. The event hosts
an average of nearly 10,000 onsite
interviews each year and is designed
to create a personalized, comfortable
experience for both candidates and
employers.
TPE Onsite 2016 will take place
March 9-13 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Registration for both candidates and
employers will open October 1 on the
TPE website (www.theplacementexchange.
org). Whether you are looking for a
new position for yourself or are looking
to add staff to your department, we
encourage you to start your search on
the TPE online job board and register to
participate in TPE Onsite in March.

Strategic Plan
What does the future hold for ACUHO-I? The new ACUHO-I strategic plan established a goal for the future where the value of the
student residential experience will be acknowledged universally and
ACUHO-I will be a trusted knowledge source that moves, educates,
and inspires the campus housing profession. The plan is designed to
guide the association through its work over the next five years.
The plan identifies several aspirational goals for the association
over the next several years focused around four pillar areas:
* Education - offering conferences, courses, and institutes that will
impact and transform the campus housing profession.
* Knowledge resources - providing members with timely, informative,
and practical research findings as well as actionable practice guidance.
* Community - offering expanded engagement opportunities that
transcend practice, affinity, geography, career levels, and roles.
* Influential leadership and advocacy - helping ensure that the profession's knowledgeable voice is heard in the offices of campus administrators, officials, and everywhere else it needs to be.

Parthenon Award Nominations
The ACUHO-I Foundation is currently seeking Parthenon Award nominations for 2016. The Parthenon Award recognizes
outstanding collegiate housing professionals for their service, leadership, achievement, and contributions to the housing field.
Recipients must have at least 10 years of service in housing, residence life, or an affiliated field, have at least five years
of service at the regional or international level with ACUHO-I, and have demonstrated an impact on the campus housing
profession. Champions raise a minimum of $3,000 in donations on behalf of each recipient.
Help recognize deserving individuals within the profession by submitting a nomination. All nomination forms must be
received by October 1, 2015. Learn more at acuho-i.org/foundation. Please note that tradition calls for these nominations and
championing to be a secret so that the recipients may be surprised at the annual conference. Discretion is a must.
