being actively involved in residence life
organizations at the state, regional, and
national levels. She has been instrumental in the development of the ACUHO-I
Sustainability Committee. In addition, at
conferences she is far from confined to
the exhibit hall and is a regular presenter
at conferences. Finally, she has authored
or contributed to a steady stream of articles for a variety of publications. In 2016
she was part of the team that received the
Robert P. Cooke Talking Stick Article of
the Year award.

CORT where his responsibilities include
overseeing the higher education market,
CORT Destination Services, the CORT
Global Network, the lead and account
development group and the training
department. Joining CORT in 1988 as
national accounts manager, Koepsell has
held a series of leadership roles over the
last 31 years in which he helped develop
CORT's national accounts, federal sales,
OnePoint, global network and higher
education programs.

began serendipitously as he explored
future off-campus living arrangements
for his daughter during a school tour. It
was there he saw the business potential
of the off-campus market. While that
idea proved fruitful, his daughter had
different ideas. She never did move off
campus and eventually became president
of her residence hall association, pursued
a graduate degree in student affairs
from Clemson University, and is now
employed by The Washington Center. It's
one more example of the deep relationship Koepsell and CORT Furniture shares
with the campus housing profession.

Through his time with CORT, he
has continually cultivated a relationship with ACUHO-I and its members,
supporting activities through a presence
in the exhibit hall, presentations, and
as a Corporate Major Donor with the
ACUHO-I Foundation. This engagement
