An Online Power Boost If knowledge is power, the AGA website, www.aga.org, can boost your performance with a wealth of tools, tips and resources. Like most people, you’re probably looking for ways to do your work more productively, efficiently and effectively. AGA’s website, www.aga.org, can help. The American Gas Association website houses important information that can help both members and the general public, and it serves as a doorway to the AGA digital world. ecently, we applied a fresh coat of paint to that doorway. Well, in actuality, it’s more like we painted the door while building an entire new house around it. It had been more than three years since the last major initiative was performed on www.aga.org. While we’d made many incremental improvements to enhance your visit to the site since that time, as of mid-August the entire site will be housed on a more advanced platform that contains much more robust functionality. For you, that means a better experience when you visit www.aga.org. The first thing you will notice is our new look. We enlisted the help of volunteer members, AGA staff and user-experience experts to create a clean, intuitive design so you can find what you’re looking for quickly and easily. To aid in making your experience fast and easy, we also have created a simple way for you to get help if you have questions about anything you see. Simply use the “Contact Us” link on the top or bottom of any page. Clicking that link will take you to a form that will ask you for your contact information and a brief description of the issue you’re experiencing. That e-mail is sent to a team of AGA staff that monitors the website. We ask that you allow us one business day to respond, but generally we’re able to reply within a few hours. The most common request we get is for help with passwords to log on to the site.
