people Dougherty Strohl Harrison Jacob Peter Keating has joined ConEdison Solutions as federal programs manager, charged with managing the company’s relationships in Washington, D.C., from the Falls Church, Va., office. Keating previously managed programs leveraging the economic and technical benefits of energy savings performance contracts and power purchase agreements for PS&S Global. Citizens Energy Group in Indianapolis has announced a series of management changes. Blaire Dougherty, formerly executive director, controller, is now vice president, controller. Moving up to senior vice president of Engineering & Sustainability is Jeff Harrison, who had served as vice president of Capital Program & Engineering. Mark Jacob has moved up to vice president of Major Capital Projects, from director of Special Projects, and Curtis Popp, previously director of Shared Field Services, has been promoted to vice president of Engineering and Shared Field Services. Finally, Mark Strohl has been promot- Raise the bar. ed to senior vice president of Customer Relationships and Corporate Affairs, from vice president of Customer Relationships, a job that includes strategic planning for the company. GTI, the research, development, and training organization, has appointed Edward Johnson vice president of Research Operations. Johnson, who joined GTI in 2007 as managing director of the company’s Infrastructure sector, previously worked for Atmos Energy Corp. and Rowan Cos. In his new role, he will oversee GTI’s research staff. GTI also re-elected a number of board members, including John Hofmeister, founder and CEO of Citizens for Affordable Energy; Alexander Karsner, founder and CEO of Manifest Energy; Rebecca Ranich, a director at Deloitte Consulting; and Thomas Skains, CEO and chairman of Piedmont Natural Gas.
