CLEMENT

David A. Miller has been promoted
to president of J-W Energy Co. and
Richard T. Clement has accepted the
additional responsibilities of president
of J-W Midstream Co.
Miller has provided legal representation for J-W Energy Co. and its subsidiaries since 1976. He was appointed
an independent director in September
2011 and later chairman of the board's
executive committee. Serving as senior
executive vice president, he played a
pivotal role in 2014 in helping to usher
in a new management approach for the
company's business units.
While Clement will retain his position
as executive vice president of J-W Energy Co., he will focus primarily on
the midstream business. Joining the
company in 1984, Clement has held
numerous positions in management,
gas marketing, operations, pipeline and
gathering, compression, exploration and
production, and administration. He also
has served as an adviser to the executive
management team.

USA Compression Partners LP has
named Matthew C. Liuzzi its chief financial officer. He served as senior vice
president for strategic development since
joining the partnership in April 2013.
Prior to joining USA Compression, Liuzzi was a director in the global natural
resources group at Barclays, and before
that was a director at Lehmen Brothers.

America's Natural Gas Alliance has
hired Nicole Daigle to oversee its regional communication efforts. In this
capacity, ANGA says, she will work
with stakeholders across the association's
five regions to ensure its message about
the benefits of greater natural gas use

SCHOCK

Jackson Kelly PLLC has welcomed
Andrew N. Schock to the firm as an associate in the land and natural resource
development practice group at its office
in Akron, Oh. Schock focuses his practice
on oil and gas and real estate, handling
title examinations and preparing certified
oil and gas title opinions.
Before joining the firm, Schock served
as a landman for an energy consulting
group. He is a graduate of the University
of Akron School of Law and has a B.A.
in strategic communications from Ohio
State University.

Mahmoud Asadi has joined Praxair
Inc. as director of technology for oil and
gas services. In this role, he will be responsible for enhancing and developing
the DryFracTM waterless fracturing technology and technically supporting sales
and business development.
Asadi previously worked at FTS International, where he led a team conducting
research and development for hydraulic
fracturing, and at Stim Lab/Core Lab,
where he supervised and conducted research and development projects on fracturing and completion, ranging from fracture fluids, proppant transport and downhole tool performance.
Praxair also announces the selection
of Joe Shine as director of executive accounts for oil and gas services. He is responsible for business development and
sales for the oil and gas services division.

Greene's Energy Group LLC has
promoted Tracy Cummins to vice president of key account management, where
he will work with the company's key
customers to package services, improve
efficiencies and deliver value.
Cummins has 30 years' experience
in the energy industry, serving in various
operational, technical sales, productline management and strategic business
development roles. He joined Greene's
in 2013 as the director of business development for well testing and wellhead
services.

Harry New has rejoined Willbros
Group Inc. as president of its oil and gas
segment. He has operating responsibility
for the company's portfolio of oil and gas
construction services in the United States.
New worked at Willbros from 2005
to 2011, when he headed the mainline
pipeline construction activities of the
company as president for U.S. construction.

Lori Wrotenbery, former director
of administration for the Oklahoma
Corporation Commission, has joined
the Texas Railroad Commission as its
oil and gas division director. She joined
the OCC as director of the oil and gas
conservation division in 2004. Wrotenbery also has served as president and a
member of the Ground Water Protection
Council and is a founding member of
the State Review of Oil and Natural
Gas Environmental Regulations
(STRONGER) Inc.
