Stallion Oilfield Holdings Inc. has
named David C. Mannon president,
chief executive officer and board member.
Mannon has 30 years of oil industry experience. He served as CEO and president
of Parker Drilling Co. and in the same
positions for Triton Engineering Services
Co. Mannon also has held management
positions at SEDCO-FOREX.

Curtis Samford will assume the
role of president and chief executive
officer at AFGlobal Corp. He has been
serving as the company's chief operating
officer. Samford succeeds Gean Stalcup,
who served in those capacities for five
years and who has been named chairman
of the AFGlobal board.
Samford joined the company in 2012
as president-oil and gas, and was promoted to chief operating officer in July
2013. He began his oil and gas industry
career 30 years ago as a field engineer
for Dresser Atlas. Samford also has
worked for Shell Oil Co., Alcoa and
Precision Castparts.

Mid-Con Energy Partners LP has
appointed Bradley A. Cox executive
vice president of business development
and chief engineer, and Sherry L. Morgan chief accounting officer of MidCon Energy GP LLC, the partnership's
general partner.
Cox has 25 years of industry experience, having most recently served as
vice president of business development,
corporate reserves, planning, and reservoir technology at Denbury Resources
Inc. His engineering background, understanding of enhanced oil recovery,
and focus on the acquisition and development markets were key factors in
Denbury's growth during his tenure.
Morgan has served as assistant controller for Mid-Con Energy Operating

FairfieldNodal has appointed Charles
W. Davison Jr. as its president and
chief executive officer. He succeeds
Walter Pharris, who is retiring after
35 years. Pharris will continue to serve
as chairman of the board of directors.
Before joining FairfieldNodal, Davison was senior vice president at Oceaneering International Inc., where he had
worldwide responsibility for the subsea
products group. He began his career at
Oceaneering in 2007 as vice president
of the umbilical solutions division. Before that, he served in executive and
general management roles at General
Electric.

GAUTREAUX

Crestwood Equity Partners LP and
Crestwood Midstream Partners LP have
promoted Heath Deneke, former president
of the natural gas business unit, to chief
operating officer and head of the pipeline
services group. He joined the Crestwood
organization in August 2012 following a
17-year career with El Paso Corp. In his
new role, Deneke will be responsible for
commercial development and operation
of Crestwood's assets serving the Marcellus, Bakken, Niobrara, Delaware Permian, Barnett, Granite Wash, Fayetteville
and Haynesville shale plays.
The Crestwood organization also promoted Bill Gautreaux, former president
of the liquids and crude business unit, to
chief marketing officer and head of the
supply and logistics group. Gautreaux
has been with Crestwood since March
1999. He will be responsible for consolidating Crestwood's natural gas liquids
and crude marketing activities.

The National Ocean Industries Association has hired Justin Williams as its director
of digital and public affairs. He will direct
the association's digital communications,
including its Web and social media sites,
publications, videos, graphics and presentations. Williams also will staff NOIA's
Public Affairs and Education Committee.
Before joining NOIA, Williams was
an international trade analyst at International Development Systems. Prior to
IDS, he worked for Fluor Corp.'s government group.

GILLETTE

Select Energy Services LLC has appointed Gary Gillette as senior vice
president and chief financial officer.
Gillette has 30 years of industry experience and a strong background in finance and managing business operations,
including supply chain management,
human resources, and information technology. Most recently, he spent eight
years with Allied Oil and Gas Services
LLC as senior vice president and chief
financial officer.

Parsley Energy Inc. has promoted
Brad Smith from director of investor
relations to vice president of corporate
strategy and investor relations. He will
continue to oversee the company's investor relations activities, but also will
be responsible for leading Parsley's
strategic planning efforts in conjunction
with the board and executive management team. Smith's professional experience includes oil and gas equity research at Credit Suisse, management
consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers,
and academic positions at Rice University.
