Owen its chief executive officer.
Owen joined the company's board
of directors in December 2014. Before
that she founded and served as CEO of
PontSalus, an organization focused on
reducing healthcare costs and increasing
access to quality healthcare. She cofounded and worked as chief operating
officer of ICOP Digital, a company that
engineers and markets mobile video
products for first responders. Owen also
served as Kansas secretary of commerce
in 1991-92.

Anadarko Petroleum Corp. has named
Mitchell W. Ingram executive vice
president of global liquefied natural gas.
Since 2006, Ingram has been with
BG Group, where he served as its executive vice president-technical. Previously, he held positions of increasing
responsibility with the company's LNG
project in Queensland, Australia. Prior
to BG, Ingram worked for 20 years at
Occidental Oil & Gas.

Inspection has appointed Kyle Stell
vice president and general manager of
industrial services. He joins the company
as it is launching an exclusive remote
monitoring service line supported by
the A3 Monitoring lineup. He also will

EnLink Midstream LLC has named
Christopher H. Tennant senior vice
president-commercial. In his new role,
Tennant will assume responsibility for
the natural gas liquids and crude oil
teams' commercial functions.
Before joining EnLink's predecessor
in 2010, he worked for Chevron Products
as team leader of global supply and
trading, where he managed U.S. production, and developed commercial strategies
and global trading plans. Before that, he
worked at Dynegy as regional manager
of NGLs for the southwest and western
United States.

The National Ocean Industries Association has appointed to its Board of Directors Danos Executive Vice President
Paul Danos.
Danos' experience with the company
includes operations, disaster response and
recovery, and offshore construction and
fabrication. He also has served as a senior
consultant for Plains All American and
Arthur Andersen.

Warren Resources Inc. has appointed
James A. Watt president and chief executive officer.
Watt comes to Warren from Dune
Energy Inc., where he served as president,
chief executive officer and director. Before
he joined Dune in 2007, Watt served as
chief executive officer and chairman of
Remington Oil & Gas Corp., and in positions at Seagull E&P Inc., Nerco Oil &
Gas, and Maverick Oil & Gas.

Steptoe & Johnson PLLC has welcomed Dawn S. Holiday to its litigation
team. She will practice in the firm's
office in The Woodlands, Tx., with a
focus on appellate and professional liability law.
Before she joined Steptoe & Johnson,
Holiday practiced with the law firm of
Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler &
Hailey PC. She began her career there
as an associate attorney and was promoted to shareholder. She managed the
firm's appellate section and supervised
attorneys in the firm's professional liability practice.

Energy-focused private equity firm
Intervale Capital has appointed Jason
Arnoldy and Patrick Conroy as vice
presidents. Both will be involved in
deal sourcing, execution and portfolio
monitoring.
Before joining Intervale, Arnoldy
co-founded Recapture Solutions, an oil
field services company that Intervale
acquired in 2014. Previous to Recapture, he led restructuring and turnaround efforts for a private drilling
services company, Arnco Technology.
Arnoldy started his career as an analyst at a multistrategy capital management firm, Farallon Capital, where he
worked with the special situations
group.
Conroy previously worked in the
global natural resources investment
banking group with Goldman Sachs. At
Goldman, he advised on a variety of
capital market, and merger and acquisition transactions across the oil and gas
industry. Prior to Goldman, he served
as a process design engineer at Fluor,
focused on downstream oil and gas processing facilities.
