DAWKINS

Vince Dawkins has accepted the
positions of president and chief executive officer for Enertia Software.
Formerly, Dawkins was Enertia's
director of special projects and business intelligence. He has seven years'
experience with the company beginning in business analysis and special
projects integration through enterprise
solutions, specific to the upstream oil
and gas industry. He graduated from
North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2000 with a
B.S. in mechanical engineering, and
worked for Amoco/BP, Accenture,
David Powers and EAG Solutions from
1998 to 2008.

Genesis RTS®, which provides realtime systems for optimizing drilling performance, has added three executives to
its senior leadership team: Director of
Product Development Barry Schneider,
Director of Quality and Integration Nathan
Zenero, and Business Development Strategic Adviser Yarko "JJ" Sos.
Schneider has 16 years of drilling
experience with heavy concentration on
drilling optimization and directional
drilling. He has worked across the globe
for Shell, Halliburton and Weatherford,
focusing on operational efficiency, change
management, and process automation.
Zenero is a former drilling engineer
at Chesapeake, where he concentrated
on drilling quality and automation systems. He has developed several novel
oil field tools, including an iron roughneck torque tester and a high-accuracy
digital blowout preventer tester. He
also founded the Operator's Group on
Data Quality.
Sos spent seven years as chief executive officer of Check-6, which pro-

vides hands-on coaching for clients in
high-risk industries. Under his leadership,
the company grew from a startup to a
multimillion dollar, 250-employee enterprise. Sos also has 22 years of leadership
and command experience as a military
officer and aviator, and flew four combat
tours in Iraq and one in Bosnia.

Poe Leggette has been named managing partner of Baker & Hostetler's
Denver office.
Legette joined the firm in 2014 as coleader of its 80-member multidisciplinary
energy team. Before joining Baker &
Hostetler, he led Norton Rose Fulbright's
Denver and Pittsburgh offices and served
as regional head of that firm's Americas
energy practice. He also is a former assistant solicitor for the U.S. Department
of the Interior.

At Hart Energy's Oil and Gas Investor,
Leslie Haines has moved into a senior
advisory role as executive editor-at-large
and Steve Toon has been promoted to
editor-in-chief.
Haines has been the principal editor of
Hart Energy's flagship publication for nearly
25 years. Her performance garnered many
industry awards, including the prestigious
Lloyd Unsell Award for Excellence in Petroleum Journalism from the Independent
Petroleum Association of America.
In her new role, Haines will take on
companywide editorial projects. However,
her primary responsibility will be mentoring younger staff.
Toon joined Hart Energy's OGI group
in 2007 as editor of the A&D Watch newsletter and A-DCenter.com, then became senior
editor for the magazine. His 20-year journalism career spans newspapers, consumer
magazines and business publications. ❒
The EnLink Midstream companies
have promoted Cynthia Jaggi to senior
vice president of engineering and operations services, and Michael LeBlanc to
senior vice president of liquids business
unit operations.
Jaggi has served in engineering roles
since joining EnLink's predecessor in
2006, most recently as vice president of

major projects. Previous process and
project engineering positions include a
stint at ExxonMobil, where she started
her career at the Baytown, Tx., refinery.
LeBlanc most recently served as
vice president of operations for EnLink's
liquids business unit, which includes
all of Louisiana, South Texas, Ohio
River Valley, and a portion of West
Texas. He has 30 years of oil and gas
experience. ❒

WILLIE
RIVERA

The California Independent Petroleum Association has hired Willie
Rivera as director of regulatory affairs,
where he will be responsible for managing local, state and federal regulatory issues and developing relationships with
government officials.
Most recently, Rivera was regional
manager for Corporation for Better
Housing Property Management. He
also has legislative experience as a staff
member in various roles for Assemblyman Rudy Salas, D-Bakersfield, and
state Senator Michael Rubio, D-East
Bakersfield. He has served on the Bakersfield City Council since 2013. ❒
Stuart Bodden has joined Express
Energy Services Company as president
and chief executive officer.
Before he joined Express, Bodden
spent significant time in various executive roles in the oil and gas industry
throughout the United States and Asia.
Bodden served as CEO for Innovative
Deepwater Exploration, and before
that, led the upstream business of Pacific Oil & Gas Ltd. He was a partner
at McKinsey & Co. in Houston and
Singapore, leading projects in the oil
field services and upstream oil and gas
sectors.
