launched ST9 Gas + Oil, which he says

MIDLAND-GlobeLTR Energy Inc.
has acquired West Texas H 2O LLC
(WTH20), which it describes as an established Permian Basin-based provider
of fresh and produced water solutions.
WTH2O owns or has access to 20,000
net acres of freshwater, 6 million barrels
of pit storage capacity for fracturing
water, and 125 freshwater wells capable
of producing 450,000 barrels a day, GlobeLTR says. The company adds that
WTH2O has 90 miles of pipeline infrastructure to support freshwater supply,
and produced water take-away and disposal
into WTH2O and GlobeLTR's Permian
saltwater disposal network.
"The WTH2O team led by John Grella,
and the company's compelling infrastructure
assets are valuable additions to the GlobeLTR
platform," comment Pat Bond and Troy
Botts, co-chief executives of GlobeLTR.
"The combination of WTH2O and GlobeLTR will add significantly to our infrastructure-based service capabilities and help

Morondo has spent the past four
years working in the service sector, first
as a field service engineer and company
representative for Baker Hughes in Oklahoma City and most recently as an account manager and sales engineer for

Ok. She holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated summa cum

the energy industry. Most recently, he
served as CEO of Yates Petroleum Corp.
from April 2015 until Yates' merger with
EOG Resources Inc. in October 2016.
Before that, he was CEO of Aurora Oil

at Forest Oil Corp. Brown spent 24
years with Marathon Oil Co., where he
rose to director of upstream mergers
and acquisitions and business development for the Americas.
