Anadarko Petroleum Corp. has promoted Amanda M. McMillian to executive vice president and general
counsel.
McMillian has served in positions
of increasing responsibility since joining
Anadarko in 2004, most recently as
senior vice president, general counsel,
corporate secretary and chief compliance
officer. During her tenure, she also
served as vice president, general counsel
and corporate secretary of Western Gas
Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Anadarko
and general partner of Western Gas
Partners LP.

Charles "Chuck" Davison Jr. has
been named chairman of the board for
Fairfield Geotechnologies.
Davison joined the company in 2015
as president and chief executive officer.
Before that, he was senior vice president
and company officer at Oceaneering International Inc., where he oversaw worldwide profit and loss for the subsea products business, which had $1.3 billion in
revenue and 2,500 employees.
He heads the National Ocean Industries Association's Geology and
Geophysics Committee, and serves on
the boards for the Petroleum Equipment
Suppliers Association and the International Association of Geophysical
Contractors.

Apache Corp. has named Emily McClung vice president of community
partnerships and employee engagement.
McClung has 25 years of oil and gas
sector human resources experience. Previously, she served as Apache's director
of human resources. She joined the company as senior manager of corporate
HR and staffing following its acquisition
of Mariner Energy in November 2010.
During 12 years with Mariner, McClung served as manager, director and

has hired Kristen Hamman as director
of communications.
Hamman has 14 years of experience
working for the U.S. Congress, including
10 years working for the House of Representatives in roles focusing on energy and
natural resources policy. Most recently, she
served as regional director for Senator John
Hoeven, R-N.D., in his Bismarck office. r
C&J Energy Services Inc. has appointed Jan Kees van Gaalen chief financial officer.
Gaalen has 35 years of global experience in business analytics, treasury, audit,
business development and commercial
management. His past roles include vice
president and CFO of Kennametal Inc.,
executive vice president and CFO for
Dresser-Rand Group Inc. and vice president and treasurer for Baker Hughes Inc.

BEACHUM III

Petro Guardian, which provides lightning and static protection for production
and saltwater disposal facilities, has hired
Graham "Scooter" Beachum III as director of the Permian region.
Beachum has 25 years of experience,
including 12 focusing on the oil and gas
industry. He most recently held business
development positions with Nabors Drilling
Technologies, Koch Industries and Halliburton in Midland, where he provided
drilling and completion solutions to operators in West Texas and New Mexico.
Beachum is treasurer of the Permian
Basin Association of Directional Drilling.

Key Energy Services Inc. has appointed
Rob Saltiel president and chief executive

officer, as well as director.
Saltiel served as president and CEO
of Atwood Oceanics, a publicly-traded
offshore drilling contractor headquartered
in Houston, from 2009 until the company's sale to Ensco PLC in October
2017. Before that, he held various senior
management roles at Transocean, including chief operating officer.

HIGGINBOTHAM

Beau Higginbotham has joined
ASHCOR LLC, a provider of flaring
products and services, as vice president
of sales.
Through positions at Pro-NDT Services, ABUTEC and AEREON, Higginbotham has gained eight years of sales
and management experience in the upstream and midstream markets of
Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, New
Mexico, Colorado and Texas. His specialties include the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency's Subpart OOOO
regulations, external combustion systems,
and oil transportation.

Amanda Eversole will join the American Petroleum Institute this fall as chief
operating officer.
Eversole is coming to API from JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she serves
as managing director and head of public
affairs. She created the company's public
affairs function, which used a campaignstyle approach focused on deeper local
engagement, as well as a framework for
the firm's philanthropy that was highlighted last year as part of Fortune's
"#1 Company Changing the World"
recognition.
Before JPMorgan Chase & Co., Eversole spent 13 years at the U.S. Chamber
of Commerce in Washington. Her roles
there included senior vice president of
the Chamber's Center for Capital Markets
Competitiveness, a program she helped
launch in 2006.
