crane heights and pressure control equipment requirements.
In addition, the three-charge guns can
provide the equivalent perforating performance of traditional four- and fiveshot guns to optimize fracture stimulation.
The tuned charges negate the effects of
wellbore fluids on perforation hole size
and depth of penetration. The end result
is uniform EHDs that allow equal
fluid/proppant volumes and pump rates
(i.e., treatment pressures) to pass through
all perforations and fracture geometries
regardless of gun positioning.
The modular design uses factory-assembled components, lean manufacturing
processes and pre-job function testing to
streamline well site activities and minimize
onsite rig up and testing times. Moreover,
an intrinsically safe detonation system
eliminates the possibility of accidental
discharges while arming.
The critical importance of completion
performance on bottom-line well economics in horizontal resource plays has
driven numerous advancements in perforating, including new gun systems, charges,
detonators and testing capabilities. As
engineers and rock mechanics experts
build on the industry's technical understanding of formation geomechanics and
fracture geometries, innovations such as
single-plane technology are emerging to
give operators powerful new options for
enhancing completion effectiveness and
maximizing well productivity while reducing completion risk and cost.

Cementing Head
Our cementing heads are lightweight and highly dependable.
Meeting ASME and API codes,

Centralizer
Hinge-type centralizer design
protects hinges from rupturing
while casing is run-regardless
