BJ Services To Deploy
Gas-Powered Frac Fleet
TOMBALL, TX.-BJ Services announces it has entered into a four-year
contract with Aethon Energy to deploy
its first TITAN™ next-generation fracturing fleet in the Haynesville Shale.
Powered by a direct drive natural
gas-fueled turbine, the first TITAN prototype pump has completed more than
500 hours of field testing on Aethon

Haynesville well sites, BJ says. The
company indicates the first TITAN fleet
is scheduled to deploy in the fourth
quarter of 2020.
TITAN pumps provide as much as
5,000 horsepower, reduce greenhouse gas
emissions and operating costs, and improve
mobility and reliability, BJ Services says.
According to the company, the pumps
also meet North America's most stringent
noise reduction requirements.
"The natural gas-powered TITAN fleet

will deliver performance aligned with
Aethon's cost and environmental, social
and governance goals," says Aethon Chief
Operating Officer and Partner Paul Sander.
"Ultimately, larger pumps with fewer
pumping units will reduce our footprint
and result in structural cost savings for
pumping services."

as president.
Little is president of Kingery Energy,
an independent producer with operations
across Oklahoma. A founding member
of OEPA, he has served the 515-member

J. Marshall Dodson its president and
chief executive officer, a capacity he
began filling on an interim basis in December. He also will serve as interim
chief financial officer.
Dodson has 25 years of financial
and business experience. He joined Key
in 2005 and has held various positions
at the company, including senior vice
president, CFO and treasurer.
