H2O Midstream Signs Deal To Handle Sinclair's Water

HOUSTON-H2O Midstream LLC reports it has executed a 15-year acreage
dedication and produced water gathering
and disposal services agreement with
Sinclair Oil & Gas Co., a wholly-owned
exploration and production subsidiary of
Sinclair Oil Corp.
Sinclair Oil & Gas Co. entered the
Midland Basin by acquiring mineral interests covering multiple locations adjacent
to H2O Midstream's operations in Howard
County, Tx., H2O Midstream says, noting
these assets' first production is expected
in the first half of 2021. The water management firm says it is expanding its

200-mile water gathering, disposal recycling network to ensure Sinclair can move
100% of its produced water by pipeline,
which eliminates the need for trucks.
" We appreciate the flexibility and creativity of the Sinclair team as we negotiated
the terms of this agreement during an

prices in flux, " comments Jim Summers,
H2O Midstream's chief executive officer.

voestalpine Tubulars' VAtitanÂ®-TC connections in the Utica, voestalpine reports.
The VAtitan is a premium, wedge-

the Maj-12 pad in Pennsylvania's Utica
Shale. With the connection's deep stabbing, low-turn design, the installation
took place in just over 25 hours, with
zero breakouts or rejects occurring during
