With Insurance Provider
HOUSTON-Cudd Well Control announces it has partnered with Worldwide
Facilities LLC, a national wholesale insurance broker, managing general agent
and program underwriter.
Through this alliance, Cudd Well Control will be the preferred well control
provider for insurance products administered by Worldwide Facilities. Cudd says

Tenaris says its new LaserShield™ coating for sucker rod couplings extends
tubing and coupling life, reduces energy
consumption, increases production and
enhances fatigue resistance. " Lateral
loads in wells with severe tortuosity increase the wear between the tubing and
the sucker rods coupling. With LaserShield, the tubing wear ratio is reduced
at least twice when compared with available couplings in the market, " reports
Alejandro Levrino, Tenaris sucker rods
vice president. The extra resistance and
efficiency come from using an ultrahighspeed laser to deposit material on the
