African Coalition Forms To Promote Natural Gas
JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA-
The African Energy Chamber has launched
the African Coalition for Trade & Investment
in Natural Gas (ACTING), a nonprofit initiative jointly managed with the investment
research firm Hawilti Ltd.
The chamber says the coalition will
act as the central platform advocating for
natural gas across Africa. It will promote
natural gas as a transition fuel, attract
capital in the African gas value chain
and engage stakeholders and societies on
the benefits of natural gas consumption,
the chamber elaborates.
ACTING will focus on collecting key
market data and distributing high-quality
information on opportunities, companies
and projects shaping the future of African
gas, including a yearly report. As part of
that effort, Hawilti indicates it will dedicate
a substantial part of its investment research
activities to natural gas in West, Central,
East and Southern Africa.
" The lack of accurate and high-quality
market data on African gas markets is a
major impediment to investments and to
the continent realizing its full economic
potential. With the launch of ACTING, we
have made it a priority to gather, develop
and distribute the most updated data on
natural gas and develop true ESG reporting
practices on African energy markets to inform policy and promote sound investment, "

In Customer Satisfaction

it has achieved an industry-leading net
promotor score of 54.6.
The net promoter score is calculated
based on responses to a single question:
How likely is it that you would recommend our company/product/service to
a friend or colleague? NPS can be as
low as −100 (all detractors) or as high
as +100 (all promoters), Enertia says,
adding that an NPS above +50 is considered excellent.
The company credits its high score in
part to a customer support initiative it
launched in 2019 that involved reaching
out to customers to learn how Enertia
could improve their experience, then implementing that feedback. " Our support

Edge LNG Opens Facility To Serve Permian Basin
MALVERN, PA.-Edge Gathering Virtual Pipelines 2 LLC, which converts
stranded and flared natural gas to liquefied
natural gas, announces it has opened a
facility in Midland to meet growing demand for its services.
As a focal point for Edge LNG's Permian operations, the 10,000 square foot
facility will house equipment for both
Edge LNG and Galileo Technology, its
technology partner. The location has
access to all major transport links, which
the companies say is vital for transporting
LNG through Edge's virtual pipeline.
Jonathan Brignac, Edge LNG's vice
president of business development, says,
