Spartan Energy Partners
Acquires CSI Compressco
THE WOODLANDS, TX.-Through
an agreement with TETRA Technologies
Inc., Spartan Energy will acquire CSI
Compressco LP's general partner and incentive distribution rights (IDR), as well
as a majority of CSI Compressco's common units.
CSI Compressco introduces Spartan
as a global provider of gas treating, compression and processing services managed
by energy industry veterans from Hanover
Compressor, Exterran and Ariel Corp.
Spartan's majority owner is Silverhawk

Capital Partners.
John Jackson, who will become CSI
Compressco's president and chief executive officer as part of the transaction,

the controlling interest in CSI Compressco, which we believe to be one of
the premier compression services
providers with a deep customer base,
strong footprint in the key shale basins,

Wawrzyniec has 25 years of experience in fiscal and operations management, human resources, business development, corporate reorganization and
process improvement. He previously

Print of Buffalo, N.Y., a digital and web
offset printing company, and Ascension
Industries of North Tonawanda, N.Y., a

Land Administration Services LLC. She
will work out of the Denver office.
Rupprecht has nearly four decades
of experience in oil and gas title opinions,

ChampionX Corp. has appointed Kenneth M. Fisher its executive vice president
and chief financial officer. He has resigned
from ChampionX's board of directors,
where he has chaired the audit committee
since becoming a member in 2018.
Fisher served as the executive vice
president and CFO of Noble Energy
Inc. from 2009 until its acquisition by
Chevron in October 2020. Before joining
Noble, he held senior leadership roles
at Shell, including executive vice president of finance for upstream Americas,
director of strategy and business development for Royal Dutch Shell PLC in
The Hague, executive vice president of

Karsanbhai, who has served as executive president of the company's automation solutions business since 2018, to
chief executive officer.
During 25 years with Emerson,
Karsanbhai has worked in Europe,
Africa and North America. His most

Emerson's Rosemount measurement
and analytical business, president of
Emerson's former Network Power business in Europe, the Middle East and
Africa, vice president of planning with
responsibility for Emerson's global
strategy, and president of Emerson's
Fisher regulator technologies.
