iNet Opens Larger Office
To Serve Permian Basin
HOUSTON-Infrastructure Networks
Inc., a remote communications provider
serving the Lower 48 through a private,
4G/5G-capable terrestrial wireless network,
reports it has opened a regional office
and customer service center in Midland.
iNet says the facility, which is at 10800
W. County Rd. 77, is more than twice
the size of its predecessor in Andrews,
Tx. The company adds that the new office
is in a more central location, making it
more convenient for customers to visit
for product demos and reducing driving
distances and therefore safety risks for
field personnel.

2021 To Be Held Face-To-Face And Online
TULSA-URTeC announces it is getting
back to business with a hybrid meeting
July 26-28 at the George R. Brown Convention
Center in Houston.
The 2021 program is as diverse and
strong as ever, URTeC reports, noting
that the hybrid format has allowed the
program committee to select the highest
scoring talks regardless of a speaker's
ability to travel. According to the organizers,

Liberty Lift To Offer Line Of Plunger Lift Products
HOUSTON-As part of its mission to
meet producers' artificial lift needs
throughout the life of a well, Liberty Lift
Solutions LLC reports it has added a
plunger lift product line.
The company says it has robust surface
tools, downhole springs and bypass plungers
in the development and testing phase,
which includes shop and field testing. The
plunger lift department will be headed by
Clint Garrett and Nathan Boothe, who
have 30 years of combined experience in
plunger lift operations, service and sales
Cummins Drilling Module Gains Tier 4 Final Ratings
COLUMBUS, IN.-Cummins Inc.
has announced four new EPA Tier 4
ratings for the QSK50 drilling power
module.
Two ratings are for 1,200 rpm and
two are for 1,800 rpm, Cummins notes.
The company estimates that the 1,200
rpm ratings will deliver the same lifeto-overhaul
as the K50 and QSK50-T2
engines. It says the 1,800 rpm power
modules provide flexibility for customers
who are replacing a similar unit or need
higher output to drill through harder
rock formations.
Cummins describes the QSK50
power module as a complete package
for land-based drilling that is built in
Arlington, Tx. The four-stroke diesel
engine uses Cummins' Modern Common
Rail Fuel System technology to
deliver four ratings from 1,500 bhp at
1,200 rpm and 1,900 bhp at 1,800
rpm. These engines are coupled with
a form-wound alternator sized for
drilling rig service with electrical ratings
from 1,000 kWe to 1,300 kWe at
60Hz, Cummins reports.
The modules manage emissions
through selective catalytic reduction
and come with an electronic management
system engineered to allow remote
monitoring and diagnostics with fully
automated notification capabilities, Cummins
adds.
