Denbury Contracts SkyX To Monitor Asset Health
TORONTO-SkyX and Denbury Onshore
LLC, a subsidiary of Denbury Inc.,
report they have entered a multiyear asset
monitoring agreement.
Under the agreement, SkyX is to deLinkedAll
Aerial Solutions now offers the
OGI 640, a drone payload for detecting
volatile organic compound leaks. According
to the company, the OGI 640 improves
inspection efficiency while keeping operators
a safe distance away from potential
leaks. The American-made device is the
smallest, lightest and lowest-powered optical
gas imaging camera on the market,

to monitor portions of Denbury's enhanced
oil recovery asset base and
carbon capture, use and storage pipeline

companies detail. They say the UAVs
will acquire high-quality aerial data that
will be processed and analyzed by

a clear, detailed snapshot of asset health
and nearby environmental conditions.
With repetitive monitoring, the captured
data then will be aggregated and used in
machine learning processes that provide
benchmark information designed to enhance
preventive maintenance programs,

Blackbuck
Secures Loan Linked To Sustainability
HOUSTON-Blackbuck Resources
LLC, which designs, builds and operates
water infrastructure, announces it has
closed on a sustainability-linked term
loan with Riverstone Credit Partners
LLC, a dedicated energy and power
credit fund managed by Riverstone
Holdings LLC.
The financing provides an initial
commitment of $50 million plus an accordion
feature, Blackbuck says, noting
this gives it additional liquidity for
growth. The company says the facility's
pricing will be adjusted based on its
adherence to certain sustainability performance
targets, which are defined by

Liberty, Rolls-Royce Ally
To Power Electric Pumps
DENVER-Liberty Oilfield Services
Inc. has selected Rolls-Royce's mtu gas
generator sets to power digiFrac™ electric
frac pumps, Liberty and RollsRoyce
report.
The companies describe digiFrac as
the industry's first purpose-built, fully
integrated electric frac pump with high
power density and significantly lower
emissions. The pump has 40% more
horsepower than conventional technologies,
Liberty calculates, adding that running
it with a natural-gas-fueled genset
reduces emissions relative to other offgrid
power sources at least 25%.
The continuous-duty gensets from mtu
are used globally in stationary applications
and can run on liquefied natural gas,
compressed natural gas or field gas,
Liberty and Rolls-Royce mention.
