Hill will focus on growing the existing

Hill has 37 years of experience advising

chemicals and transportation. Before Opportune,
he served as a partner in KPMG
LLP's audit practice, working extensively
with public companies focused on all aspects
of debt and equity filings with the
Securities and Exchange Commission.
He also has significant experience with
initial public offerings, mergers and
transaction due diligence.

Industrial Scientific, a global provider
of gas detection and safety-as-a-service,
has appointed Amanda Birkhead its
vice president of marketing.
Birkhead joins Industrial Scientific
from Honeywell, where she held roles
of increasing responsibility across
marketing, commercial and product.
Most recently, she was the chief product
officer for the buildings segment
of Honeywell Connected Enterprise,
where she led strategy, product management,
pricing and marketing for
cloud-based, enterprise software offerings
for building control, predictive
maintenance/analytics, workplace experience,
and business process improvement.
Before that, she was the
chief marketing officer for Honeywell
Building Solutions.

executive officer. During Standifird's
24-year career, he has held operational
and leadership positions in drilling,

and Halliburton.

marine. Homrighaus
is a licensed
attorney
who has worked
for one of the
world's largest law
firms and as inhouse
counsel for

Across 20 years in
the energy industry,
he has gained

and indemnities,
product identification,
policy
negotiation, risk
identification, legal
and regulatory issues,
and resolving
contentious and
complex claims.
Allyn Roberts
also joins IMA as

a senior vice president of energy and
marine. With nearly 20 years in the
insurance industry, his experience includes
marketing, servicing and
broking for domestic and international
clients.
