conclusion that the Frontier 2 and
Dakota discoveries are large
stratigraphic oil accumulations
encompassing the reserves at the
company's operated 100% working
interest Cole Creek field. The report also
outlines 118 horizontal well locations to
exploit the identified Frontier 2 and
Dakota reserves and resources.
COPL expresses plans to drill one
Frontier 1 well and two horizontal
Frontier 2 wells as part of its 2022-23
drilling campaign to commence late this
year. These wells will offset the 14-30V
discovery well drilled in the third
quarter of 2021.

Tellurian Production LLC
Closes Haynesville Deal
HOUSTON-Tellurian Production
LLC reports it has closed its
acquisition of assets in the
Haynesville from EnSight IV Energy
Partners LLC and EnSight
Haynesville Partners LLC. The cash
consideration at closing was $125.5
million, revised from the announced
$125 million because of preliminary
purchase price adjustments.
The Ensight acquisition brings
TPC's Haynesville production to
approximately 150 million cubic feet a
day, TPC calculates. In mid-August,
the company said it operated 11 wells
that were being drilled or completed,
all of which were expected to turn to
sales this year. TPC predicts these new
wells will increase its production to
about 250 MMcfd.
" This closing represents significant
progress for Tellurian and our business
model, " says Tellurian President and
Chief Executive Officer Octávio
Simões. " By owning and operating
upstream assets, a pipeline network
and the Driftwood LNG terminal,
Tellurian will have the ability to sell
natural gas into domestic or
international markets. This
combination of assets represents a
compelling value for our shareholders. "
" The EnSight acquisition is an
excellent strategic and operational fit
for Tellurian, " comments TPC
President John Howie. " The
combination of our existing assets
with this acquisition results in an
acreage position of more than 20,000
acres and an inventory of more than
275 high return, de-risked drilling
locations, most of which we can drill
opportunistically for incremental free

Brigham Minerals Makes
Core Midland Basin Deal
AUSTIN, TX.-Brigham Minerals
Inc. has reached a definitive agreement
to acquire certain mineral and royalty
interests in the Midland Basin from
royalty funds managed by Avant Natural
Resources LLC and affiliates for
approximately $132.5 million in cash.
Brigham says the acquisition
continues its Permian consolidation and
value creation by adding about 3,900 net
royalty acres in the core of the Midland
Basin in Texas' Martin and Midland
counties. Other highlights include:

WICHITA, KS.-The Kansas
Independent Oil & Gas Association's
2022 Annual Convention and Expo,
held Aug. 14-16 at the Century II
Convention Center in Wichita, saw
the group add five new directors and
three new officers to its Board of
Directors. The association also reslated
19 directors.
Dana Wreath of Berexco LLC has
been tapped as KIOGA's chair-elect,
while John O. Farmer IV of John O.
Farmer Inc. is slated to be vice chair
and Anthony Farrar from Indian Oil
Co. Inc. has joined the Kansas Strong
Board of Trustees.

President Edward Cross lauded
Schremmer's work chairing the
Association of Energy Service
Companies and the National
Stripper Well Association, as well as
his role as vice chair of the Liaison
Committee of Cooperating Oil &
Gas Associations.
Bleakley received the KIOGA
Outstanding Service Award for his
dedication, commitment and
contributions to the effort to revise the
association's bylaws and guidance of
its operations and Board of Directors,
Cross indicated. ❒
