Announcements of APMA regional or component society meetings will be carried free of charge for a maximum of 12 months prior to the date of the meeting. Announcements of meetings of affiliated organizations, component societies, regions, colleges of podiatric medicine, and approved residency programs will be carried free of charge for a maximum of three months prior to the meeting. Announcements for non-affiliated podiatric organizations (hospitals, teaching institutions, Save the Date July 21–25, 2013 The National APMA Annual Scientific Meeting Las Vegas and other health professional organizations) will have a charge of $50 per announcement per month. If announcements for regional or component (state) society meetings are to appear for more than 12 months, prepayment must accompany the insertion request. APMA News staff reserves the right to determine which three months are most advantageous to the sponsors of the meetings. All organizations wishing to have announcements printed for more than the specified 12 months or three months will have a $50 charge per announcement per month. If there are any changes in any announcement, other than those occasioned by typographical errors on the part of APMA News, there will be a charge of $30, whether it is printed free or at the $50 rate.
