PRACTICES AVAILABLE
CALI FOR N IA-Greater Sacramento area.
Podiatric physician and surgeon wants serious
inquiries only for purchase of a thriving practice
with much growth and development potential.
I am retiring after 44 years of enjoying solo
private practice. My practice has developed
following my two-year surgical residency and
being involved with hospitals, surgery centers,
and private offices. My training allowed
me to practice all aspects of our profession,
including surgery, applied biomechanics,
sports medicine with both professional and
recreational athletes, vascular foot and leg and
diabetic pathology, diagnostic pathologies of
podiatric medicine, and care and comfort.
I accept private insurance, Medicare, Medi-Cal,
PPO and HMO insurances. My advertising is
by word-of-mouth, very strong primary and
other physician referrals, podiatrists' referrals,
and my patient referrals. Surgical privileges
are available for qualified podiatric physicians
for hospital surgical staff and associated
surgery centers. I am willing to stay on either
part-time or full-time for a limited period for
transitioning office to purchaser. I will also
support purchaser in contacting hospitals for
surgical privileges and contacting the insurance
companies and medical groups (contracts and
privileges pending purchaser credentials).
If you're interested in purchasing a wellestablished, successful private practice with
full patient flow, including new patients and
a professional reputation that I have enjoyed,
send your contact information and questions to
norcalpodiatrypractice@gmail.com.
CALIFORNIA-Whittier, a suburb near the
Los Angeles and Orange County borders. I am
planning on retiring by early this summer
2019 after 35 years practicing podiatry. I have
been in solo practice in the same three-story
multispecialty medical building since 1985.
I am currently in the third year of a three-year,
transferable lease agreement. I have been working four days a week in a well-rounded general podiatry practice doing diabetic foot care,
geriatric foot care, pediatrics, biomechanics,
and wound care. I have become more conservative in my patient care, performing less
surgery. If the purchaser prefers a more surgical
practice, there would be ample opportunity to
rebuild the surgical portion of the practice and
easily fill a fifth day with patients. I am willing to help the purchaser become acquainted
with my patients and contract with the various insurance panels and hospital staffs. I am
also willing for a well-motivated person to
carry a portion or all of the practice loan. I am
currently on staff at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital (547 beds, with a wound
healing center) and Whittier Hospital Medical
Center (178 beds). I provide podiatry care for
multiple PPOs, IPAs, HMOs, and Medicare.
I have a strong referral base from physicians
and multiple generations of patients who main-

tain my busy practice. I don't advertise. If you
are interested in purchasing a well-established
practice with full patient flow and many years
of service to one community in Southern
California, email your contact information and
questions to Lensfootbz@gmail.com, or call
my office at 562-698-9589.
