POSITIONS AVAILABLE
ARIZONA-Mesa. Allen Foot & Ankle
(dba AZ Feet Fixers) is currently seeking
a full-time podiatrist in Glendale. Our
compensation package will exceed
competitors as we establish a highmarket
base (range $180K-$220K)
with a profit-share program (starting in
2022) on ancillary services including
vein and vascular services, imaging,
and more. This profit-share program
will provide an additional bonus in the
range of $50,000-$100,000 annually to
be added to your base. We believe that
a multidisciplinary, integrated program
with podiatry and vascular care is the
future for our specialty. Our Glendale
location is well-established and creates
a foundation for success for the podiatrist
selected to join our group. This
position involves full-service podiatry
services including routine care, regenerative
and sports medicine, diabetic
limb salvage, and surgery. We will also
provide appropriate training for MSK US
diagnostic and minimally invasive workups
for those interested in furthering
their sports-medicine skillset. Applicants
must be willing to take minimal ER call
at Mountain Vista Medical Center on
a rotating basis. Our group does not
perform work within long-term care
facilities and does not make house
calls. Physicians enjoy a standard M-F,
8 a.m.-5 p.m. work schedule. Newly
graduated residents are also encouraged
to apply.
Physician Responsibilities:
* Assess patient's foot, ankle, and
lower leg conditions. Identify diseases
and injuries and formulate a
comprehensive treatment plan.
* Provide consultations for podiatric
patients in inpatient and outpatient
settings.
JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2022
* Follow up with patients in the office
after consultations.
* Provide treatment for complex foot,
ankle, and lower leg conditions.
* Complete orders, prescriptions, and
treatment notes in a timely manner.
* Educate the patient and family
members throughout the entire
course of treatment.
* Obtain informed consents prior to
performing any surgical procedures.
* Perform surgeries as needed.

* Graduation from an accredited podiatric
medical school and completion
of an approved residency program.
