Machine Trade-In
Program
IMA Schelling Group, a
provider of sales and aftersales support of IMA and
Schelling products for the
woodworking, metalworking
and plastics industries, has
announced that it is actively
seeking to refurbish and
resell used IMA and Schelling
machines at its rebuild center
in Morrisville, North Carolina.
"Our thorough rebuild
process brings IMA and
Schelling machines to likenew condition," explained

to purchase for trade-in value
toward a new machine, then
we'll revamp and resell the
machines on our website."
IMA Schelling Group's
dedicated rebuild center
features skilled technicians
that clean, rebuild, repaint
and install software
upgrades of pre-owned
machines. During the rebuild
process, each machine is
cleaned, evaluated and
every component tested.
Parts are repaired as needed
using genuine parts prior
to reassembly, then the
equipment is calibrated to
original factory specifications
to restore the machine's
original appearance and
performance capability.

All machines undergo
comprehensive testing and
assessment to assure that
they have been restored
to full functionality. Fully

New CNC Machine
A year ago, Daiek
Woodworks moved to new,
larger facilities in Romeo,
Michigan. With over 26,00
square feet of manufacturing
space, the company can more
efficiently work on larger
projects and continue to

having to go backwards in
manufacturing sequence.
 After doors leave the CNC,
they move on to final sanding
and required finishing before
being shipped direct to the
client's facility for further
processing or finishing as
required. The new CNC
machine helps projects move
more quickly and efficiently
through the shop, allowing
expertise at delivering a high
level of craftsmanship and
well packaged and carefully
shipped completed work
anywhere.
