Camfil Farr Air Pollution Control (APC)
Safe Air for a Safe Work Environment
Camfil Farr APC offers the most technologically advanced dust collectors available — backed by dependable service support and decades of proven experience. We can help you • Prevent respiratory problems as well as slips, falls and visibility problems created by dust and fumes in the workplace; • Comply with governmental air quality requirements; • Prevent dust collector explosions and fires caused by combustible dusts, electrical sparks, and other causes; • Protect valuable equipment from dust contamination. Our mission is to ship collectors fast while still giving the customer what they want, to be the most customer friendly company in the dust collection business, and to make the best dust collector in the business from an end-user and maintenance viewpoint. We are a subsidiary of Camfil Farr, the largest air filter manufacturer in the world. All our dust collection systems, including filter cartridges, are manufactured in ISO 9001 certified facilities. We are the only company in the business to offer both ISO 9001 and a full service dust collection testing facility, ensuring a quality product from design to shipment. Our flagship “Gold Series®” cartridge collector combines rugged heavy-gauge construction with a compact modular design that provides premium performance while taking up less floor space. Service benefits include easy access and fast,

In recent years, many governments have developed stricter requirements to reduce industrial air pollution and prevent explosions from combustible dusts. We offer an integrated product, testing and technical support program to help customers understand and comply with current regulations. We even provide a written guarantee of the emissions performance of our dust collector filters.

Website for Welders
Our website is designed to educate welders on cost-effective and sustainable ways to solve fume collection challenges. Start at www.farrapc.com/welding/, where you will find product and technical information, literature and installation photos. You will also find real-life welding fume “challenge-solution” stories in the case studies (www.farrapc.com/casestudies/) area of the site. Chart Industries, Inc.
Chart is a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered equipment used in the production, storage, and end-use of hydrocarbon and industrial gases. Our products are used throughout the liquid gas supply chain for purification, liquefaction, distribution storage, and end-use applications, the majority of which are energy related. Other major end-use markets include chemical production, metal fabrication, food and beverage, and biomedical. Chart has domestic operations across the United States and a significant international presence. Chart’s activities consist of 3 principal segments: Distribution and Storage, Energy and Chemicals, and BioMedical. Distribution and Storage (D&S) is a leading supplier of cryogenic equipment to

the global bulk and packaged industrial gas markets. Product demand is driven by an installed base of cryogenic liquid users with additional demand from new applications and distribution technologies for cryogenic liquids. Chart’s portfolio spans the complete spectrum of the industrial gas market from small customers requiring cryogenic packaged gases to large users requiring custom engineered cryogenic storage systems. Principal products manufactured by Chart’s Energy and Chemicals (E&C) segment include the mission critical brazed aluminum heat exchangers, Core-inKettles® and cold boxes that are central to cryogenic recovery, purification, and liquefaction processes. We also manufacture air-cooled heat exchangers used in many industrial applications, particularly gas compression and condensing. E&C has a very strong cryogenic process design heritage and by joining our process technology and proprietary equipment manufacture we offer concept-to-reality solutions for cryogenic processing applications including liquefied natural gas (LNG), nitrogen rejection, natural gas liquids (NGL) recovery, and other speciality cryogenic separation and recovery systems. BioMedical shares the same cryogenic technology base as the other two segments but with a focus on the respiratory and biological users of the liquids and gases. We provide a range of respiratory oxygen products and vacuum insulated containment vessels for the storage of biological materials. LNG is a particularly exciting market for Chart. As well as supplying equipment for many of the baseload liquefaction projects that grab the headlines, Chart pioneered improvements in the economics of smalland mid-scale liquefaction, which are enabling formerly stranded gas fields to be monetized. Principal among the applications for this LNG are heavy-duty vehicle and marine fueling and virtual LNG pipelines — the practice of delivering natural gas cost effectively as a liquid to users where no pipeline exists. Through the process technology and equipment supplied by our D&S and E&C groups, Chart offers the complete solution.
