Online Enrollment
Starting an Enrollment from a Quote.
Online enrollment is a new web platform integrated into processing business with BenefitMall.
It digitalizes the open enrollment process for employees and employers as well as report back
enrollment status to you. Where you can initiate follow up with the employer or send off
reminders to employees. Then once employee elections are submitted and open enrollment
closed, you can use Online Enrollment to upload the Group Applications and Carrier documents
and submit the elections to BenefitMall for processing. The submission creates an enrollment
record to provide you with enrollment status in Agency Workspace.

Select 'Quotes' under Book of Business or start enrollment from My Tools section. Complete
enrollment information for the group. Select Online Enrollment method from the enrollment
selection. This will take you into plan confirmation with plans from the Quote. Check the boxes
next to those plans that should be made available for employee elections. Click 'Save and
Continue' for each Line of Coverage (LOC). Then once all lines of coverage are selected, select
'Start Online Enrollment' and this will open the Online Enrollment dashboard.
