Offline Plan Analyzer
Create and Send an Offline Plan Analyzer.
CRQS allows you to create an offline plan analyzer. The Offline Plan Analyzer allows users to select plans and review responsive data without
having to be logged into a system. The main purpose of the Offline Plan Analyzer is to create a proposal for the client to view and compare all
desired plans within the Side by Side report.
Select 'Quoting" under My Tools in the Main Menu. Either search for an existing client or select a client from the recently viewed list. From the
Client summary page, select 'Create New Proposal', and click 'Go'. You may also click 'Create a New Proposal' from the Plan Search Results
page. Select 'E-mail' under Delivery Options, and select 'Advanced XLS' (Microsoft Excel) under Format Options. The Offline Plan Analyzer can
only be utilized by selecting E-mail and Advanced XLS. You can save the selected delivery method, format and reports as your preferences for
future proposals by checking the box, then click 'Select Recipients'.

How to Use an Offline Plan Analyzer.
The Offline Plan Analyzer is recommended for use with Excel 2016. Open the email you received from [State]Quotes@benefitmall.com. Click
'View Your Quote' in the body of the email. Click the 'Proposal' thumbnail on the CRQS site to download the Offline Plan Analyzer.
