Secure Case Submission
Simple, Secure Case Submission.
Once the group's enrollment information is in the system and Start Enrollment is selected, Secure Case Submission is the first option presented in
the enrollment selections. Secure Case Submission allows you to upload group enrollment documents directly to BenefitMall. By using the Secure
Case Submission in Agency Workspace, sensitive employee and employer information is transmitted directly and securely.
Navigating to Secure Case Submission from the left navigation menu in Agency Workspace:
1. Under Book of Business, select Quote, select the quote you are to begin enrollment which will open the client details page, then select Start
Enrollment a button in the top right of the page, and select Secure Case Submission.
OR
2. Under Book of Business, select Clients, this provides a view of your list of clients, select the client name ready to start enrollment, this opens
client page, then select Start Enrollment a button in the top right of the page, and select Secure Case Submission.
OR
3. Under My Tools, select Start Enrollment, enter the Client (Group) information, select Next, and select Secure Case Submission.Select Secure
Case Submission next, enter the number of enrolling employees, the type of business - New, Renewal, Carrier change and add the Carrier and
Plan(s), to enroll in more than one plan select the 'Add a Plan' button, next upload the documents and select 'Finish' to submit to BenefitMall.
Note: If you select carrier library, a separate window will open for you to search for carrier documents. You can select the desired search results
and 'Add to Favorites'. Once these forms are in your Favorites, select 'Forms' and click 'Deliver'.

Did you know? Secure Case Submission allows for a more secure submission of information than email.
