Agency Workspace Online Enrollment Starting Enrollment without a Quote. To get started without a quote, you can begin from 'Clients' or 'Enrollments' in the Book of Business menu and then select 'Start Enrollment'. Enter the Client Name and be sure to click the client name when it appears in the dropdown menu to verify. Complete the information and leave Quote ID blank. Click 'Next'. Complete the Census Information. Once the census is added you will be taken to the Online Enrollment Dashboard. From the Enrollment Setup tile, click 'Plans'. Click the Add Plan button (green circle with a plus sign). Add Line of Coverage (LOC), Carrier, Effective Date, Company Zip Code, and Company County. Click 'Search for Plans'. Click 'Select Plan' next to the plan you wish to add. Repeat for each LOC. Click 'Save Plan Info'. Once all lines of coverage have selections, click 'Start Online Enrollment'.
