Enrollment Dashboard
The Online Enrollment Dashboard provides you with all the details you need prior to opening enrollments for
our groups.

1. Company Info: Company Information such as address, EIN, company contacts, employee classes, and employees can be added and
updated when Company Info is selected.
2. Plans: Opens a list view of the plans confirmed for the enrollment. The list view will allow you to quickly review status and setup
optional plan configurations.
3. Plan Snapshot: Shows what types of plans are currently included in the enrollment with the number of plan options available for
election.
4. Employee Elections: Also known as a Census Card shows a view of your current census detailing employee names, birthdates, and
the eventually the status of employee's elections. You can also delete an individual employee by hovering over them and selecting the
trashcan on the left side of the page.
5. Add Employee button: Short cut button that allows you to quickly add a new employee to the census.
6. Upload button: Allows you to perform an upload to facilitate mass employee census. You can add to your current census or
completely upload new data.
7. Enrollment Confirmation button: This button will take the enrollment from "Setup" status to "Ready for Elections". Once this
button is selected and confirmed, plans cannot be added or changes made to
the enrollment.
