Agency Workspace Elections Elections and Submitting on Behalf of Employee. Online Enrollment allows brokers to submit elections on behalf of employees. From the Dashboard, click an employee's name in the Employee Elections. This will take you to the personal information for the employee. Ensure that all personal information is filled in for that employee. If any required information has been left blank, it will be boxed in yellow when you try to continue the enrollment process. From the menu on the left, select the first available line of coverage. Click to 'Select or Waive Coverage'. If waiving, a reason must be given. Click 'Save' to continue to the next line of coverage. Continue through each line of coverage following the same steps. From the Review Elections screen, click 'Submit on Behalf of the Employee' from the radio button. Click the checkboxes for 'Submit on Behalf of Employee'. Click 'Complete Enrollment'. If edits are needed, click 'Re-Open Enrollment'. Note: Employees can make changes until final enrollment date.
