Agency Workspace

Add Census
Replacing or Adding a Census.
Enrollments require a census. The census can either be entered from CRQS/Quoting in Agency Workspace, or it can be uploaded into the system
through a spreadsheet. Once uploaded it is easy to add to or replace the census.

UPLOADING A NEW CENSUS
From the Dashboard, click the 'Upload' button on the Employee Eleections tile. From the Upload Census Screen, click 'Replace Existing Census'.
Choose the radio button for either the Standard Template, Choose a Save Template, or Make my own Template. Note: You will have to map the
template if you select Make my own Template.
Click 'Next'. Upload the file. Click the 'Import Data' button. If the new census is a different template follow steps to map.

ADDING TO A CENSUS
From the Dashboard, click the 'Upload' button on the Employee Elections tile. From the Upload Census Screen, click 'Add to Existing Census'.
Choose the radio button for either the Standard Template, Choose a Save Template, or Make my own Template. Note: You will have to map the
template if you select Make my own Template.
Click 'Next'. Upload the file. Click the 'Import Data' button. If the new census is a different template follow steps to map.
