expert, Ellis created the Certified Design Psychology Coaching program through California's
Spencer Institute and wrote a book on the subject titled, "Do I Look Skinny in This House?"

PASSIONS FOR DESIGN and travel garnered while living in his native Brussels and
fueled by time spent in cities including Los Angeles, Paris, Shanghai and Singapore, guide
the cosmopolitan perspective of T'Kint, leader of HBA's Dubai studio. His conviction that
every project is as unique as its developer and operator, and that location and culture
are key to its aesthetics and narrative, results in hotel designs offering one-of-a-kind
experiences. This philosophy is illustrated with his team's design work such as the Artyzen
Sifang recreation center, a new hotel by renowned architect Ettore Sottsass located within

AT THE HELM of his celebrated Amsterdam-based architecture, interior design, urban
development and branding studio, Wagemans has created some of the hospitality
industry's most innovative concepts. In particular, the ground-breaking citizenM
hotels redefined the concept of "affordable luxury." More recently, he shook up the
extended-stay market with the transformative Zoku apartments. Metamorphosis struck
again at the Hotel Norge in Bergen, Norway, where concrete flipped the typical hotel
layout, maximizing both the range of potential experiences and revenue-generating
opportunities. Biophilic elements, and the guestrooms' Norwegian hytte holiday home
