Run from the start with the dog on your left and front cross between #1 and #2. The dog will end up on your right where you can either push or use a verbal to get him on the backside of the jump for #3. If you do a lead-out on the far side of #1, you can push the dog to the back 2 of #2 and then push to the back of #3 or you can do a forced front.
