As my dog exited tunnel #3, I would give him a Tight cue to pick up the A-frame. I would also make sure to turn my shoulders in while I hesitate to make sure my dog collects and hits the A-frame. I would give my dog an Out cue off the A-frame to pick up tunnel #5. As my dog enters tunnel #5, I would cross behind him and cue my dog to Switch so he will change direction and pick up tunnel #6. Crossing behind tunnel #5 will also tighten the dog’s path between #5 and #6. I could gain some distance ahead of my dog through tunnels #7-#8, and cross at the exit of tunnel #8 to pull the dog to the A-frame. But if my cross is late, it might drive my dog into tunnel #3. I would also have to cross behind tunnel #11 or race my dog to the exit of tunnel #11 to pick up #12. I would probably hang back and push my dog out to the A-frame while staying to the outside of it, and then push my dog off the contact into tunnel #10. This would put me on the correct side of tunnel #11 to pick up #12 with a nice smooth path. I would give a Here cue as the dog comes out of tunnel #10 to pick up #11 and then another Here to pick up #12. The sequence of #12-#14 is pretty straightforward, a nice run to the finish!
