FIXED OPS JOURNAL FIXED IN TIME 1932 During the Great Depression, the battery charging and storage department of West Park Chevrolet in Cleveland advertised recharges for "only" 75 cents - about $14 in today's money. The dealership promoted Willard batteries, made by a Cleveland company, as well as General Motors' Delco brand. The site of West Park Chevrolet was later occupied by a Ganley Automotive Group dealership, now Ganley Chevrolet in Brook Park, Ohio.
