Advanced recycling pioneer
Agilyx has announced the appointment of Beatriz Malo de
Molina as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 4, 2021.
Ms. Malo de Molina will succeed current CFO Russell Main,
who has been named CFO of
Agilyx's recently established
feedstock management company, Cyclyx International, LLC.
Ms. Malo de Molina most
recently served as senior vice
president, head of Mergers &
Acquisitions with Orkla ASA.
Prior to this role, she held several management and operational
roles with Kistefos Private Equity, McKinsey & Co., Inc. in Norway, and internationally with
the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.,
as well as Ernst & Young. Ms.
Malo de Molina currently serves
on the board of directors for Nel
ASA, a global supplier of hydrogen technology. A native of
Madrid, Spain, Ms. Malo de Molina will continue to be based
in Oslo, where she has been a
resident since 2006.

The Supervisory Board of BASF
SE has appointed Melanie
Maas-Brunner to the Board
of Executive Directors, effective
February 1, 2021. Maas-Brunner
has been with BASF since 1997
and has headed BASF's Nutrition & Health division since
2017. In her new role, she will
also take over as Chief Technology Officer from Martin Brudermüller, Chairman of the Board
of Executive Directors of BASF.

Stork IMM has announced a
change of leadership with the
appointment of Martin Essink
as its new CEO. He succeeds
Oscar de Gruijter, who has left
the company as of 1 January
2021. Martin Essink, who previously acted as investment manager on behalf of shareholder
Wadinko, assumed his new role
mid-November. Essink brings
many years of experience in
working with SMEs, especially
in the plastics industry, to Stork
IMM. He served as a director
at Euro Moldings, a producer
of plastic packaging, for over 12
years. In his previous position as
investment manager, Essink was
directly involved in a number of
improvement processes at Stork
IMM. As a result, he is already
very familiar with both the company and the people there.

Ineos has announced that it is
establishing a new Ineos Energy venture that will be chaired
by former BP CFO, Brian Gilvary. As executive chairman
of the new business, which will
incorporate all of the existing
Ineos Oil and Gas businesses
as well as the extensive development activities in low carbon
technologies for the coming
energy transition, Gilvary will be
able to draw on a wealth of experience gained in the course of
his 34-year career in BP. During
his time with BP, he held several
senior financial and commercial
roles, including member of the
Board of TNK-BP , Chief Executive of BP's commodity trading

Total Corbion PLA has announced major changes to its
executive leadership team with
the appointment, effective 1 October, of Thomas Philipon, as
its new CEO and of Chiel Rietvelt, who took on the role of
CFO in April 2020. They succeed
Stephane Dion and Geoff Norby, respectively, both of whom
had served at Total Corbion PLA
since the company's founding in
2017. The appointments mark a
significant next step in the company's growth - a growth that
includes, in the future, the construction of Europe's first worldscale PLA production facility.
The new plant, which is planned
to be operational in 2024, will be
located in Grandpuits, France
and have an annual capacity of
100,000 tons.

he is responsible for Business

solutions e.g., for E-Power Management, Functional Feed Additives, and 3D-Printing. Additionally, he is Chairman of BASF
3D Printing Solutions GmbH,
a wholly owned subsidiary of
BASF New Business based in
Heidelberg/Germany.
Volker Hammes holds a Master of
Science degree with first-class
honours in Mechanical Engineering/Plastics
Technology
from RWTH Aachen University.
Ingevity has named Stacy
Lancaster Cozad as executive vice president, general
counsel and secretary, effective
Feb. 1, 2021. The general counsel role became vacant with
the retirement of Katherine
C. Burgeson on Aug. 1, 2020.
Cozad joins Ingevity from Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc.,
where she served as senior
vice president, general counsel,
chief compliance officer and
corporate secretary since January 2016. Prior to joining Spirit,
Cozad was with Southwest Airlines Co., first as senior attorney
from 2006 to 2009 and then as
associate general counsel - litigation from 2009 to 2015.
Jessica Poliner has been
appointed President of Barnes
Molding Solutions, effective
January 1, 2021. Ms. Poliner replaces Norbert Scheid, who
retired from Barnes Group in
December 2020, after a 47-year
successful career in the plastics moulding industry. Molding
Solutions is a strategic business
unit within Barnes Group, which
consists of highly respected
brands Synventive, Thermoplay,
männer, FOBOHA, Priamus,
and Gammaflux. Building on
the reputation of Molding Solutions' premier brands, Ms. Poliner and her leadership team
will advance and accelerate
the execution of the strategic
business unit's growth strategy
through investments in R&D,
product management, and strategic marketing.
