( Continuing to blaze a trail for green-minded practices, Zotos International has earned an honorable mention for Best Green Initiative from PR Daily, a top public relations trade publication. The award recognized the public relations efforts by Zotos and its partner agency, Dixon Schwabl, for the brand's two-turbine, 3.3 MW on-site wind-energy project, which powers its 680,000-squarefoot plant in Geneva, New York. This project marks the largest of any manufacturer in the United States, according to the American Wind Energy Association. Five $1,000 scholarships were awarded to students who are currently enrolled in an accredited cosmetology program. Running through the month of November, the contest is broken into two categories: Lash Artist of the Year, which comes with $10,000 in awards and prizes, and Fan's Choice Winner, which boasts a $5,000 prize package.
