The newly created OCFO managerial certification program will offer a series of highly
engaging and interactive managerial courses
for all OCFO supervisors and managers.
OCFO University
The OCFO University provides professional
development for our workforce through the
following training institutes:
Administrative Institute
Provides critical skills training to administrative professionals.
Managerial Institute
Provides core courses on management
and related topics. This institute compliments the Managerial Certification
program.
Professional Development Institute
Provides soft skills training with a focus
on communication, emotional intelligence and other skills to help employees
navigate successfully in the workplace.
Technical Institute
Provides staff with necessary and specific knowledge of relevant subject
matter to ensure accuracy and consistency in carrying out job responsibilities.
Other Sponsored Training
The OCFO sponsors a variety of training
throughout the year, such as CPR, health
and wellness seminars, and safety related
trainings.

* The OCFO Managerial Certification
Program is a professional
development program designed
to equip managers with the tools,
resources, skills and knowledge to
be successful.
* The program will be offered
through a blended learning
approach of e-learning and
instructor led courses.
* The certification is attained
when supervisors and managers
successfully complete the series
of training courses.
* Managers will have a specified
timeframe to complete all
required training and receive
a certificate at the end of the
program.
