eed equipment, supplies or consulting services? Call OMA. Need
mail delivered or copiers repaired? Call OMA. Need vendors paid
or funding for a project? Call OMA. We are here to
work with you to get the job done!
OMA's acronym may be unfamiliar to some in
the OCFO. We often work behind the scenes and
sometimes our best work is done without you
being aware that it is happening or happened.
That is fine with us - because we also know this:
You will find us when you need us.
OMA has three teams to work with you:
* Contracts Team provides needed goods
and services, and assures the OCFO meets
the District's small business requirements.
*	 Financial Operations Team establishes
budgets for each OCFO program, accounts
for OCFO financial activity, and makes payments to vendors and staff.
* Logistics Team meets your facility, transport, mail and other needs.
Continuous Improvement has been part of the OMA Mission
Statement for more than 10 years. Recent improvements include: the
Visitor Management System at SW Waterfront, which provides added
security through an automated record of all visitors to our offices,
online user guides for small purchases and contract management,
and completing numerous workspace renovations.
