Dorgan is an outstanding design leader who believes design, innovation and flawless execution create value and
drive growth. She is a powerful, positive force who inspires her team and partners to deliver their best. Through
the on-boarding of Target's new visual merchandising capability, she quickly engaged and supported a newly
formed cross-functional team to develop a physical in-store strategy focused on product curation and storytelling. Through the effective use of creative thought, operational tactics and a lean-in moment around emotional
intelligence, she's led these diverse team members to deliver on one of Target's most complicated and cumbersome initiatives to date. Dorgan is a
fearless leader, a strategic problem solver and is results-oriented. She is collaborative and approachable, yet direct. Her behavior evokes the personal

Daddario is a highly detailed,
innovative and creative
designer with a diverse
portfolio of work ranging
from high-end boutiques that
exude style and whimsy to
an oversized 3-D sign made
out of acrylic lipsticks. His
process is driven by a desire to
understand and connect with
end-users, the people who
interact with and experience
his designs. He has worked
with brands such as rue21,
Chico's, Soma Intimates and
Destination Maternity stores.
One of his accomplishments
with Maternity Corp. was
designing and implementing
the rollout of the A Pea in the
Pod brand at Harrod's. As
the senior manager of store
design for Ulta Beauty Corp.,
he has implemented new store
design concepts and worked
with the store design team
in rolling out 125 new store,
remodel and relocation projects annually. He collaborates
with architects in developing
a virtual reality walkthrough
of all flagship locations to help
visualize design concepts,
present new ideas to upper
management and to minimize
construction change orders. A
highly regarded consummate
professional, he manages,
oversees, collaborates, mentors and works to improve
working relationships with
all team members and business partners.

DeBello is described as one of the hardest working,
plugged-in and community-driven professionals in
the business. He has been an active and contributing
member of the visual and fashion community since
the age of 20. His talent was noticed early on, and opportunities as a visual merchandiser at Daffy stores
helped him evolve to spearheading his own visual
programs. At Siegel & Stockman, he was hired to
manage the newly purchased Superior Model Forms
and transition the product line after the sale. He has
designed and implemented the company's many
showrooms and tradeshow displays, and has served
as the company's showroom manager. In 2017, Siegel
& Stockman acquired the 100-year-old company Wolf Form. Once again, DeBello was given the
job of marketing the move of the company, but also quickly transitioned the brand and the craftsmen and women that maintain the bespoke quality of the famed Wolf Forms. In addition to his
work with Superior and Wolf, he has developed his own brands-one of them sold to Daymond
John, the other is a pop-up that can be seen in West Elm. He has worked on award-winning
projects and is a regular speaker at retail-focused engagements. In his "spare time," he is a teacher
at the Fashion Institute of Technology. DeBello's ability to transition and create not just displays
but whole retail brands is proof that he has already made his mark on the industry.
The best advice I ever received: Always be authentic.

Inspired by his passion for the sport, Fergus has
been a driving force at TaylorMade, reinventing
the way consumers shop for golf equipment at retail. Recognizing that the TaylorMade experience needed to appeal to a younger consumer while remaining true to the seasoned golfer, he
has helped move the company beyond traditional club displays to create immersive, experiential spaces. Fergus makes sure to keep the modern style of TaylorMade at the center of each and
every design. He is tenacious, impressive and has played a key role in evolving the brand.

RYAN CAVANAUGH
Design Manager
Gensler, Atlanta 
Age 29

A mentor and a leader, Cavanaugh
is seen by his colleagues as top talent and a future leader of Gensler.
He works with his studio staff
instilling his expertise in project
management and effective communication skills. He is respected
as the design management leader
in the Atlanta office and as the single point of contact for the firm's
work with SunTrust. Cavanaugh
also is recognized for his insightful
knowledge on rollout accounts
and the development of prototype
design. He works regionally on
developing talent, creating a
network of designers with strong
retail knowledge, specifically
in retail banking. Cavanaugh is
known for his involvement and
leadership in the Retail Desig Institute (RDI), American Institute of
Architects (AIA) and the Savannah
College of Art & Design (SCAD).
He believes in mentoring students
and creating events that support
his area of expertise and his true
passion-retail.
