MUMBAI DURING DIWALI.
Senior Environments Designer
Latham is a multidisciplinary designer who has worked on retail spaces, large civic
projects, interactive installations and events, including fashion shows for legendary brands
like Calvin Klein, Dior and Raf Simons. As senior environments designer for Glossier, he
shapes the digital brand's real-world experience. His notable projects include Glossier's
permanent retail destination in Los Angeles, as well as retail spaces in Seattle and London.
As Latham continues to conceptualize and develop stores throughout the world, he does so
with a dedication to shifting the paradigm of traditional retail to new, uncharted territory.
He believes in creating destinations informed by place and inspired by people; experiences that are unique to their location
and community. He draws inspiration from the city itself, such as putting a life-like canyon in the L.A. location and bringing
the Seattle pop-up to life with a living meadow inside. Glossier stores have become travel destinations, and Latham has played
a key role in these original and innovative experiences.
