DON HALL is President & CEO of the Virginia Automobile Dealers Association. After nearly a decade in the
auto industry and service in the United States Marine
Corps, Don joined VADA in 1988 as the chief lobbyist for
the franchised dealers of Virginia. In 1996, Don became
the Association's President and CEO. Under his leadership VADA developed into one of the leading lobbies in
Virginia.
KEVIN FRYE is the eCommerce Director of the Jeff
Wyler Automotive Family, one of the top 50 dealership
groups in the US. Named as one of the top 5 influencers
changing the automotive industry today by Automotive
News, he has been a leader in the industry with the use
of auto subscription services, Google Analytics, data privacy, augmented reality in the showroom, and leveraging
virtual reality online
J.C. BAKER, Founder of J.C. Baker & Associates,
has 20 years of high-level sales, entpreneurship and
consulting experience, with expertise is Transformational
Leadership Productivity Theory, organizational strategy,
and process innovation. He is a #1 Amazon Best Selling
and three-time published author, and is associated with
five patents, two of which will disrupt the auto and sports
training industries in 2018.

AMANDA PASCIOLLA has spent her career in the
digital advertising space and is currently Automotive Vertical Analytics Lead at Microsoft. Amanda's
session at Digital Dealer 24 will help you to optimize your paid search strategy for performance
and efficiency. She will present unique Bing Ads
research that includes: The inter-relationship between OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 properties on
the Search Engine Results Pages (SERP), and the
effect of position on performance and efficiency.

RUSSELL LEMMER, EVP of Mobility and Retail
Automotive at Dealerware, is known for developing
mobility concepts into high-value businesses. He
works with auto dealers, dealer groups and OEMs
to utilize technology to transform their business
model. Russell's session at Digital Dealer 24 will
cover how a digital fleet is key to customer experience and the bottom line.

ERICH K. GAIL, CEO of the Cardinale-Group of Companies, is a 28-year veteran of the global automotive industry having served in a variety of executive and senior
leadership roles within a vast array of management and
investment groups. Erich has extensive experience developing new business operations as well as enhancing
the performance of mature organizations throughout the
U.S., Canada, Europe, China, Korea and Japan.
MODERATOR: MARK TEWART is President of
Tewart Enterprises Inc., Tewart Management Group Inc.
& Tewart Profit Builders. Mark is a recognized sales and
management expert in the automotive industry. He has
over three decades of experience spanning from sales,
F&I, GM and Executive Manager to trainer, consultant,
and speaker. He is author of the best seller, "How to Be a
Sales Superstar."

KELLY MCNEARNEY is Google's Senior Automotive
Retail Strategist. She has spent 5 years at Google
coaching automotive retailers on reaching in-market shoppers with the right message at the right
time. Prior to joining Google, Kelly spent 9 years at
ESPN in customer marketing and sales. Kelly will
be joined by Facebook and Twitter at DD24 for a
sesson on search, video and display advertising.
